How to Order & Shipping Info
To place an order with Stampin' Buddies, you can
either use the ORDER FORM (print it, fill it in and snail mail it to me with your preferred type of
payment), or EMAIL me your list.
(PLEASE BE AS DETAILED AS POSSIBLE SO I CAN FILL YOUR ORDER QUICKLY AND
EFFICIENTLY) I try to follow up with each and every one of
you in a timely manner. If you email me your order, please don't forget to
include your address so that I can calculate shipping costs for you. Also,
to make things easier for me, please be specific when you order a stamp
(i.e. Penny Black # and the description). Thank you.

Information
Orders within the United States are sent USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day
service) I use Flat rate envelopes or boxes.
On Jan. 2, 2011, the United States Postal Service raised their
rates on packages. Priority mail starts at $5.60 for the flat rate envelope. You will need to contact me in order for me to
determine the postage. You can do this by emailing me at: info@stampinbuddies.com
There are various Flat rate boxes now, as follows: (U.S.A. Only)

Please note: I will ship internationally, but you
will be responsible for all charges incurred (duty, insurance, etc.),
exact shipping.

BUDDIES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN THE MAIL.
If you list a P.O. Box for your shipping address, you
will be required to pay a delivery confirmation charge in addition to your regular postage.
I must receive payment before your order will be processed. I accept Visa,
Mastercard,
Paypal, money orders, certified checks and personal checks (please note
that personal checks take 7-10 days to clear at the bank, so your order will
be held up until the check clears. (There is a charge of $30.OO for
returned/bounced checks).
Shipping Time: I try to ship your order within 1-2 days of receiving your
order (for IN STOCK) items. If you would like me to special order something
for you, shipping time will vary depending on how long it takes to
receive the merchandise from the companies.
