How to Order & Shipping Info
To place an order with Stampin' Buddies, you can
either use the ORDER FORM (print it, fill it in and snail mail it to me with your preferred type of
payment), EMAIL me your list,
or call me at 978-774-5057. I try to follow up with each and every one of
you in a timely manner. If you email me your order, please don't forget to
include your address so that I can calculate shipping costs for you. Also,
to make things easier for me, please be specific when you order a stamp
(i.e. Penny Black # and the description). Thank you.
If there is anything that you'd
like to order from Stampin' Buddies, I'd be more than happy to help you.
However, from now on you will be required to pay for the items I am holding
for you up front and then you will be billed for future items when they come
in before I ship them out to you. It's getting too inconvenient for me to
hold items here until the rest of your order arrives without payment for it
because I find that some people are canceling their orders and in the
meantime I could have sold those items to other customers. Thanks for your
understanding.

Shipping
Information (updated to take effect 5/12/08
Orders within the United States are sent USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day
service).
On May 12, 2008, the United States Postal Service raised their
rates on all types of mail. Priority mail starts at $4.80 for up to 1 pound.
Rates
are based on weight and *zone*. Depending on where you live, determines
your *zone*. Since it is impossible for me to make any kind of
"guess" as to what the postage will be, I will be
charging EXACT postage. You will need to contact me in order for me to
determine the postage. You can do this by either emailing me at: info@stampinbuddies.com
or calling me at 978-774-5057.
The cost for Priority Flat rate boxes are now $9.80 (U.S.A. Only)
Please note: A separate handling fee will also be added to the cost
of shipping. For all orders you will be charged
$1.50 per order (not per item). I will ship internationally, but you
will be responsible for all charges incurred (duty, insurance, etc.),
exact shipping, and a $4.00 handling charge per order. No exceptions will
be made. I ship orders as "gifts" to help you save on any taxes or
duty you may have to pay on your end. I provide this service as an extra
bonus to my international customers.
Global Priority Flat Rate Envelopes: New Price $9.95 for Canada &
Mexico, $11.95 for all other countries. There is a 4 lb. weight limit on
these.
There are also Flat Rate Boxes: $23.95 for Canada and Mexico, $38.95
for all other countries. There is a 20 lb. weight limit on these boxes.
Please bear with me as I get used to the new rates too!!
Insurance: Stampin' Buddies
is NOT responsible for packages lost in the mail unless you purchase
insurance. Priority Mail and International packages are not
automatically insured.
NOTE: Some countries do not offer insured mail (Mexico is one...) If you
are ordering from a country that does not provide insurance, you are
ordering at your OWN risk. Also, if you elect NOT to purchase insurance
and your package is lost, I cannot replace it.
If you list a P.O. Box for your shipping address, you
will be required to pay $.65 in addition to your regular postage, for
delivery confirmation. We also suggest that you consider sending your
package certified mail for an extra
fee of $2.70 in addition to your regular postage.
We must receive payment before your order will be processed. We accept Visa,
Mastercard,
Paypal, money orders, certified checks and personal checks (please note
that personal checks take 7-10 days to clear at the bank, so your order will
be held up until the check clears. (There is a charge of $30.OO for
returned/bounced checks).
Shipping Time: We try to ship your order within 1-2 days of receiving your
order (for in stock items). If you would like us to special order something
for you, shipping time will vary depending on how long it takes us to
receive the merchandise from the various companies.
